A high end sale of a Bloor and Avenue condominium, featuring original artwork and sculptures by notable Canadian artists, designer men’s ware, antique furniture and objects, costume jewellery and collectible items. This will be an online sale with the option to shop and pick up in person.
Open House / Pick Up Dates & Times: Saturday July 25th, 10 am - 4 pm, and Sunday July 26th, 10 am - 4 pm.
ADDRESS: 131 Bloor Street W, The Colonnade Residences - Avenue & Bloor.
PARKING INFORMATION: There is limited paid underground parking, entrance is south off of Bloor Street (next to Dior at the stop lights). There is also parking on Charles St. & Cumberland.
PICK UPS: The elevator is also booked at this time for furniture pick ups. You must bring your own movers. Small items can be brought down to your vehicle if you park in front of The Colonnade Residences, please call on arrival (416) 509-9689.

Items will be for sale online and in person during open house hours.
All items are first come first serve and sold AS IS.

YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN MOVERS & TRANSPORTATION TO PICK UP YOUR FURNITURE PURCHASES.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These items are used, and while they have been photographed and described to the best of our ability they are not perfect and will have some moderate signs of use. Please expect this for furniture, clothing, and any thing else.
