  • Cash or e-Transfer are the accepted forms of payment.

  • Items will be sold “AS IS” and on a “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS”

  • You will be asked to remove your shoes.

  • The door will be controlled entry Saturday morning so please be patient and be prepared to wait should there be a line up.

  • Coffee and drinks will not be allowed while walking around.

  • Parking available on Russel Hill Road - do not block neighbouring driveways so please walk, uber, carpool or park accordingly.

  • Please bring your own moving help should you purchase any furniture. Furniture purchases must be picked up prior to Thursday February 13th.
