This sale will launch online for shopping Thursday August 20th at 8 am. *Any items not apart of the online sale will be available for in-person shopping during listed hours.

Dates & Times: Friday August 21st, 11 am - 4 pm, and Saturday August 22nd, 10 am - 4 pm

SALE TERMS:

• Items will be for online with the option to shop the sale in-person during posted hours.

• All items are first come first serve and sold AS IS. No early sales/pre-buying.

• Shop online and pay with credit, debit, and Apple Pay

• Shop in person and pay with cash or e-Transfer.

• YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN MOVERS & TRANSPORTATION TO PICK UP YOUR FURNITURE PURCHASES.

• FURNITURE MUST BE PICKED UP FRIDAY AUGUST 21st or AUGUST 27th - NO EXCEPTIONS. Small items can be picked up Friday, Saturday or the 27th.

• ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. Please inspect and test your items accordingly, this is a strict policy.
